Jim Whitaker is the owner of The Wine Cellar in downtown Ashland. The Wine Cellar is a full service wine shop and is Ashland and Oregon’s oldest premier wine shop. Always interested in wine, Jim purchased The Wine Cellar and not only refurbished the store but created the only on-line wine store in Southern Oregon.
