Jim Whitaker is the owner of The Wine Cellar in downtown Ashland. The Wine Cellar is a full service wine shop and is Ashland and Oregon’s oldest premier wine shop.  Always interested in wine, Jim purchased The Wine Cellar and not only refurbished the store but created the only on-line wine store in Southern Oregon. The Ashland Wine Cellar is the oldest established wine shop in Oregon and is located at 38 Lithia Way, Ashland. and can be reached at 541.488.2111.
